Barbara Ungepflegt ist Performance- und Installationskünstlerin und Artistic Researcher. In vielen ihrer Arbeiten setzt sie sich mit Zwischenräumen und Utopien in der Öffentlichkeit auseinander. Sie ist Mitbegründerin und Leiterin des Universitätslehrgangs für angewandte Dramaturgie an der Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien. 2022 promoviete sie im Bereich angewandte Kunst- und Kulturwissenschaften (PhD) an der Kunstuniversität Linz zum Thema "Exklusive Leerzeichen". Seit 2023 Mitglied des Institute of Strollology und Gründerin des Institue of applied Pommology and Sausage Science.
Arbeiten

Barbara Ungepflegt works as a performance and installation artist and artistic researcher. In many of her works she deals with in-between spaces and utopias in the public sphere. She is co-founder and director of the university programme for applied dramaturgy at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. In 2022 she completed her doctorate in applied arts and cultural studies (PhD) at the University of Art in Linz on the topic of "Exclusive Blank Spaces". Since 2023 Member of the Institute of Strollology and Founder of the Institue of applied Pommology and Sausage Science.   works
